Is it safe around kids and pets?
Yes. There is no flame, no heat and nothing burns. It only uses cold air. As with any fragrance, keep the device itself out of reach of small children.
Does it need water?
No. The 120 ml bottle screws straight into the diffuser, so the fragrance is never watered down. No water, no wick, no flame.
How big a room will it fill?
Up to 800 sq ft (75 m²) with a 9 ft ceiling. Living rooms, open plans and large bedrooms.
How long does a bottle last?
It depends on the strength and the hours you set. On a normal evening schedule a 120 ml bottle runs for weeks. The refill plan sends one a month at 15% off
Can I swap a scent?
Yes. If a scent isn't you, email sales@houseofovelle.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a different one. We cover the shipping both ways.
