Manage Your Subscription
Your subscription is yours to control. Swap scents, change how often you're shipped, skip a delivery, pause or cancel — all from your account, at any time, with no phone call and no questions asked.
Sign in to your account
Open your account and choose Subscriptions. If you checked out as a guest, use the same email address you ordered with and we'll send you a one-time sign-in code — no password to remember.
What you can change
- Swap the scent — change the fragrance on your next delivery without restarting your subscription.
- Change the size or quantity — move up or down a size, or add a second bottle.
- Change the frequency — ship more or less often, whenever your usage changes.
- Skip a delivery — push the next shipment back by one cycle.
- Pause — hold everything indefinitely and restart when you're ready.
- Cancel — one click, effective immediately for all future orders.
- Update payment or address — change your card or where we ship to.
Timing
Changes apply to your next unshipped order. Make them at least 24 hours before your renewal date — after that, the order has been processed for fulfilment and can no longer be changed. Your renewal date is shown in your account and in the reminder email we send before every renewal.
