How does cold-air diffusion work?

Our diffusers use nebulizing technology to break fragrance oil into an ultra-fine dry mist — no heat, no water, no residue. The scent disperses evenly and lingers longer than candles or reed diffusers.

Which diffuser is right for my space?

Ovelle Halo (plug-in) suits bathrooms, hallways and bedrooms up to 50 m³. Ovelle Air covers living rooms and open plans up to 200 m³. Ovelle Atelier is our connected diffuser for larger homes (300 m³). Ovelle Estate scents whole properties via HVAC (5,000 m³). Ovelle Nomad travels with you.

How long does a bottle last?

At a moderate schedule (8 hours a day, medium intensity) a 120 ml bottle lasts 6–8 weeks in Ovelle Air. Halo's 100 ml runs 6–8 weeks; Nomad's 20 ml about 3–4 weeks.

Can I use other oils in my diffuser?

We recommend House of Ovelle fragrance oils only. They are formulated for cold-air diffusion and protect the atomizer. Using other oils may void your warranty.

Is it safe around children and pets?

Our oils are IFRA-compliant and diffused at low concentrations. As with any home fragrance, keep bottles out of reach, ventilate the room and start at a low intensity. Consult your vet for birds and small animals.

How does the subscription work?

Choose a 30, 45 or 60-day cadence at checkout and save 15% on every bottle. Swap scents, skip or pause anytime from your account.

What is your return policy?

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Diffusers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Fragrance oils that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — that's why we made the Discovery Set.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States, with complimentary shipping on orders over $125. International shipping is coming soon — join The Ovelle Letter to hear first.
