How it works
How it works

For the rooms that set the tone
Every Ovelle diffuser uses the same cold-air technology and the same fragrance oils. The only real difference is how much air it has to fill.
- You are scenting a defined room — a powder room, entryway, hallway or bedroom
- You have no surface to spare and would rather the device disappear into the wall
- You want app scheduling and intensity control at the lowest price in the range
- You want to refill every couple of months, not every few weeks
- You are scenting a living room or an open plan — the Halo is rated to about 50 m³ / 200 sq ft, the same as the Nomad
- There is no convenient outlet where you actually want the fragrance
- You want to move it between rooms or take it with you

Room-area figures assume a standard 2.7 m (9 ft) ceiling. Coverage volumes are the manufacturer's rating.
The room people notice before they look
An entryway, a powder room, the hallway a guest walks down first — these are the rooms that set the tone for a home, and the ones with the least space to give. The Halo takes none: it lives in the outlet, holds a 100 ml bottle, and runs to a schedule you set once.
Set the hours once. Then forget it is there
Your Halo pairs over Bluetooth in a few seconds — no hub, no Wi-Fi, no account needed. From there the app is where you set the hours it runs and how strongly it runs them, room by room. It counts the run time, so you know a bottle is going before it goes quiet — and when people are on their way, one tap lifts the room for twenty minutes and then lets it settle.
- Hours that hold Quiet overnight, scenting by the time you are up. Weekdays and weekends kept apart.
- Strength, dialled in From barely there to full atmosphere — tuned per room, not per device.
- Refills before empty It counts how long each diffuser has actually run, so a bottle never runs out unannounced.
- Guests arriving One tap lifts the room for twenty minutes, then lets it settle on its own.
Launching with the first shipments — free with every Ovelle diffuser.
Bluetooth, straight to your phone. Your Halo keeps to its schedule with the app closed, the phone elsewhere and no internet at all. An account is optional — it carries your rooms, refills and warranty across to a new phone.
Good to know
Questions about the Halo
Does it need a cable or batteries?
Neither. The Halo plugs directly into a standard outlet and draws its power from there. There is nothing to charge and no cable to hide.
Which rooms is it made for?
Bathrooms, powder rooms, hallways, entryways and bedrooms — rooms up to about 50 m³ / 1,770 cu ft, roughly 18 m² / 200 sq ft at a standard 2.7 m (9 ft) ceiling. For a living room or an open plan, the Ovelle Air is the right size.
Can I set a schedule?
Yes. The Halo pairs over Bluetooth, so you can set running hours and intensity from your phone and leave it. Most people set it to run in the morning and again in the early evening.
How long does a bottle last?
The Halo takes a 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz bottle, which runs about 6–8 weeks at a moderate schedule — eight hours a day at medium intensity.
How is it different from the Nomad?
They cover a similar amount of air. The Halo stays in one place, takes a five-times-larger bottle so you refill far less often, and adds Bluetooth scheduling. The Nomad is smaller, runs on USB-C and travels.
Will it leave residue on the wall?
No. Cold-air diffusion produces a dry mist with no heat and no water, so there is no steam, no condensation and nothing to mark the wall or the outlet plate.
Loved in real homes
Review summary
Reviewers most often mention that it plugs straight into an outlet and frees up the shelf or counter their old diffuser used. It comes up again and again for hallways, powder rooms and guest rooms, where a low setting is plenty — though a few needed a minute with the app first.
