Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every discount code, sale, gift-with-purchase, bundle, giveaway and other promotion offered by House of Ovelle, a brand of Upsell Guys LLC, unless the promotion itself states otherwise. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these, the specific terms win.
General
- Promotions are valid only for the period stated and only while stock lasts.
- Codes apply to eligible items in your cart at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed.
- One code per order. Offers and discount codes cannot be combined or stacked with each other unless we explicitly say so.
- Discounts apply to product prices only — not to shipping, taxes, duties or gift cards.
- Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Codes are for personal, non-commercial use. We may void orders that appear to involve resale, bulk buying, or repeated use of a single-use code across multiple accounts or addresses.
- Free shipping thresholds are measured against the order subtotal after discounts are applied.
Free gifts and gift with purchase
Free or discounted gift items are conditional on the qualifying purchase being kept. If you return the qualifying items, you must also return the gift — otherwise its full retail value is deducted from your refund. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Subscription offers
Introductory subscription pricing applies to the number of cycles stated in the offer. After that, the subscription renews at the standard subscription price shown at checkout. See our Subscription Policy.
Returns on discounted orders
Where items bought under a promotion are returned, the refund is the amount you actually paid, not the full retail price. If a return takes your order below the threshold that earned a discount or free shipping, the value of that benefit is deducted from your refund. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
Giveaways and sweepstakes
Unless the specific promotion says otherwise: entrants must be 18 or over and legally resident in the United States; no purchase is necessary to enter or win; winners are selected at random and notified by email; prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; and an unclaimed prize may be redrawn after 14 days. These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which they are announced.
Errors and changes
We may amend, suspend or end any promotion at any time, and may correct pricing or promotional errors, including after an order has been placed. Where we cancel an order for that reason, we refund it in full. We reserve the right to void any discount obtained through error, misuse or fraud.
